International Post office

So i had an international order from China (I bought quiet a lot of stuff from Aliexpress)

Majority of my stuff arrived to South Africa on June 2018, knowing how our post office works i told my self i would wait 2 more weeks so they can sort out all the scanning of parcels.

i tried tracking my parcels on the SAPO website but nothing showed up but when i tried tracking my parcels on the Aliexpress tracking sheet, it shows it landed in the SAPO and the tracking ends there.

So i emailed the following address on July hoping to get feedback ********** ********** **********

i got no response, so i thought it was due to the SAPO going on strike.

I emailed again those address and still there was no response until a last weeks (21-08-2018), Virginia Mentoor from the contact rep**** to me and told my Parcels were at my local post office (Caversham Glen) and gave me my local tracking number, i tried to track my parcel using my local tracking now however for two days straight the SAPO tracking website was not working.

On the 24-08-2018 i went to my local post, i gave the lady my tracking number for my parcels, she told me the systems were off so she cant track my parcel at the moment.

Today 28-08-2018 i deiced to try and re-track my parcels using my local tracking numbers, WOW this time around the website tracking system works.

This is what i found.

It took 1 week to transport my parcel from JHB to Durban and another 2 days from Durban to Caversham glen.

My parcel arrived at Caversham Glen at the 27-06-2018 and no one bothered to contact me and inform me at the Caversham Glen post office that my parcels have arrived, after calling with no response and emailing with no response now i get this. According to the SAPO online tracking system my parcel has been sent back to the Durmail.

i must the Caversham Glen post office has the worst service this time around.
