International Parcels still not received

<p>I have still note received my international packages yet it arrived in South Africa December 2016 and January 2017. The call centre never answers their calls and when emailing JIMC Customer Services they take a month to respond to a mail. It is very frustrating knowing that your packages is in the country but you can't speak to anyone because there is no customer service. I just want some answers please.</p>
