International Parcels nowhere to be found

I understand that the Covid 19 lockdown has affected everyone.

But really, the call center has not being picking up since the post office is up and running again. No response to emails.

The newly launched tracking app is not working, the international tracking option on the website is not working.

I have called numerous times to find out where my international parcels are and no one can tell me. And no one is getting back to me!
