International parcels never arrive

A parcel was sent to me from the UK, via the Swedish Postal service on 23rd September. It apparently arrived in South Africa on 6th October. I have sent numerous emails to the Post Office, tried phoning them, but, guess what? I get no information. Phones are never answered. emails are never rep**** to. As always, the service from the Post Office is nonexistent. I have no idea if I'll ever receive my parcel.
