international parcels going missing on arriving in SA whilst in sapo possession

my parcel RG ********** 56CN HAS NOT ARRIVED. The sending company states it has arrived in SA, but 3 months later still nothing. If SAPO cannot handle delivering parcels without them going missing , it raises the question what is going to happen when they take over the SASSA pension payouts?????????
