international parcels delivered in SA but not send

I've ordered international parcels on E-Bay and was supp**** with tracking nrs. When I'm phoning Customs with the tracking nrs they telling me that the Items haven't arrived in South Africa or they are unable to track it.<br> If I track the items on 17Track - it reflects that all my items has arrived in South Africa more than a month ago, but I am still awaiting delivery.<br> Could you please assist with the South African tracking numbers and where the items current process status is?<br> Below the international tracking numbers <br> <br> ?
