International Parcels and mail gets ******

<p>Over the last two years I sent numerous letters, cards and parcels to my sister. She did not receive any of them. I investigated, it was tracked to Cape Mail, but never made it to the recipient. It is sad that you cannot even trust government agencies anymore.</p>
