International parcel taking the scenic route...on a sinking ship.

This is not the first somewhat less than satisfying experience that I share with SAPO. I have had the privilege of having to pay postage for items to be re-sent to South Africa as they eventually returned to their origin overseas and I received no notification from SAPO that the parcels were actually in the country. We have also had the privilege of collecting a parcel and paying duties to find that the contents of the packaging had miraculously disappeared into thin air and we paid duties for an empty box... Now I have another international parcel (RR ********** 54GB) that came into the country on 2016-10-15 (thank heavens it is traceable). Since then it spent a leisurely time at customs (which is another matter altogether). It was released to SAPO on 2016-10-25 JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). From there to KRUGERSDORP (HUB) on 2016-10-28, then to NOORDHEUWEL post office on 2016-10-31, now it resides at WITSPOS (HUB) as of 2016-11-02 and who know where it may end up next... Perhaps Pofadder? Being in transit for 11 days is not a big issue for some, but it seems that the package is traveling in the opposite direction as intended, which is my biggest concern. All I would like is that the parcel be sent to the MONUMENT post office as originally indicated by the shipping address, so that I can collect it, pay the duties and move on with my life. The scary part is that that I have 4 more shipments that is either already here or on their way. With service as prompt and efficient as this, I could receive them before I pass away of old age or a stroke because our ONLY NATIONAL POSTAGE CARRIER cannot find an address printed on a parcel, never mind send it to the correct post office or to the address of a house that has been in existence since 1946 and a postal code (1739) that has been around for as long as there has been postal services in a town called Krugersdorp.
