International parcel stuck for 2months

<p>My parcel from Singapore has arrived more than two months ago, I got no notification from the Post Office. When I eventually called they gave me a SA Tracking number and said that the parcel is stuck because they need proof of payment, i sent them the proof of payment a month ago. No respsonse, when I called again the lady said they have a backlog and i need to wait another three to four weeks. So three months? Does this sound right? I am disgusted by your service! </p>
