International parcel stuck at JIMC

I ordered from China about 2 months ago. Parcel landed in JIMC on 9 May 2018, and there’s been no activity since then. Been trying their call Centre, no response. Went to my local Post Office and was told they can’t track it for me, was referred back to the responseless call Centre. My tracking number is RO ********** 54CN. This is the one area our Post Office can make a difference but no, the customer service is appalling.
