International Parcel still in Jhb Hub for a month

<p>My parcel from the USA was received into South Africa at the end of April and has been sitting in the Jhb Int Mail Centre for a month now!</p> <p> </p> <p>You can call all the numbers for the hub, post office and EMS... you're lucky if somebody answers. When someone eventually does get through they cut you off or tell you they'll call you back but never do!</p> <p> </p> <p>How can we actually rely on ridiculously poor services like this?</p>
