International Parcel sitting at capemail hub over a month

Tracking Number: CV ********** 32ZA Parcel has been stuck in CAPEMAIL INTERNATIONAL (HUB) since July 3 2018. It has been over a month and No update since. Emailed 2 times with no response. Tried calling but no answer .

Why are there no updates on this, and why is it stuck there for so long? It was supposed to be sent overseas weeks ago.
