international parcel seems to be stuck or lost at JHB International mail Center.

I ordered some items from China, i got an email on the 28th of October 2018 last month. that the items number RP ********** 63CN has been scanned at the jhb int mail center , that was the last time i saw any movement, It's quite frustrating and painful to spend money only to lose it to a supposedly, to be a trusted entity,How do you trade with the outside ,how can you trust anything of what these guys do. Call center not operational , sms track, non existent .Its so embarrassing not only for the service provider. but for the country too.
