International parcel RU616 363 698GB

My children forwarded a parcel to me during October 2016 from Winchester,UK/ I started to make enquiries during January 2017 and was requested for full details everytime I enquired about the progress which made me realise that the staff member is not really serious about following up on my query and just merely shrugging the shoulders and eventually referring me to the International parcel centre, without a specific address, I was desperate and drove to OR Tambo and after several enquiries was given directions to the Centre. I was advised by the guard at the gate that they do not entertain queries and do not service walk-in clients and was referred back to the Pierre van Ryneveld Post Office. The staff member took down my details again and then indicated that he will phone me back. Needless to say, I had to make a follow up call when he advised he requested the driver that delivers mail from the mail centre to look into my query as to the whereabouts of the parcel as it has been confirmed that the parcel reached the mail centre. The next week that I went in to enquire he told me that he can't get hold of the guy telephonically and to my utter dismay he ask me again for details as he apparently gave the note where he wrote me details (incl my contact no)to the driver. It was very clear to me that he did not have a clue on how to handle my query which had become a complaint. I was told that there was a new Team leader and that she took over my complaint and claim dated 30/05/2017. She has since forwarded me several emails where she is asking feedback to which there has also been NO FEEDBACK. My children is just upset as me over the whole issue. They have not mailed me any parcels after this incident as they have got no confidence in the SA Post Office. All I am asking is for feedback and I am sure you will agree with me that it is a reasonable request.
