INTERNATIONAL PARCEL RECEIPT

EXTREME delay in receiving international parcels. I am waiting for 15 parcels: 2 Arrived in AUGUST 2017 already 9 Arrived in SEPTEMBER 2017 already 4 Arrived in OCTOBER already Once an international parcel is received, the tracking number is also then redundant as JIMC or Customs (not sure) allocates a different number and there is absolutely no way of obtaining the new allocated tracking number locally. So now my parcels are just "lost" in the system in South Africa. This is beyond unacceptable. The only reply you receive is... wait for it.
