International parcel - Poor Service

Needed to use SA Post Office service, against my better judgement. 20+ days, no tracking system: ***"We are experiencing high volume calls .....": 24/7 & ********** : no reply to date. USELESS bunch. I do not expect any response from this posting, only trying vent utter frustration. Avoid use of SA Post Office at all times.
