INTERNATIONAL PARCEL NOT RECEIVED. WHAT NOW?

I mailed two parcels by registered small parcel service to Qatar and the USA, the tracking numbers were RJ***ZA and RJ***ZA respectively on the 21st of February 2015 from the same post office. The parcel destined for the USA was received in America on the 10th of March and delivered to the recipient on the 18th of March 2015.<br> <br> Both Parcels contained similar antique collectables, I asked for the parcel to Qatar to be insured and was told by the clerk that it is not available to that destination so I had to register the parcel.The tracking number of this parcel was RJ***ZA and it has never arrived in Qatar.<br> <br> The Qatar post office has confirmed by email that it never arrived in Qatar and I would like to enquire where this parcel is at present, the SAPO track &amp
