International parcel not received

Please advise where this parcel is: RA***SI , as there is no tracking information on the EMS or SAPO site. The parcel was shipped on the 23 September together with another parcel from the same seller. That other parcel arrived over 3 weeks ago, so I am wondering why RA***SI is taking so much longer.
