International parcel not delivered and no update

I have an international parcel that needs to be delivered by Post Office. It is over a month without getting updates regarding my parcel. I last got an update when my Parcel arrived in South Africa on the 28 October 2022. I have tried to call several times i don't get hold of them yet i run out of airtime. ***/***
