International Parcel not delivered

I am still waiting for my international parcel which was delivered to SA in December 2019. It was delivered to JHB and then to DBN and then to JHB now it is stuck in CT at Capemail since 06.02.2020. When will my parcel be delivered to Port Elizabeth. The service is pathetic!!!
