international Parcel No show

I ordered 2 separate parcels all ordered in Octobers. the parcels arrived in south Africa on the 10th of October. no word or communication and the status on their website has been the same FOR ONE MONTH. the cycling jerseys was meant to ride for charity next week's cycle challenge no the y will be a complete waste.

Do these guys even have an SLA on any sort. will never use them again
