International Parcel missing at SA Post Office

A friend from Austria sent a small priority parcel to my address near Simonstown on Feb 13th from Vienna. It has a tracking nr (CA***AT) Last scanning was after Customs return for further delivery steps on 21.2.2024. To this day there was no further movement shown in track and trace app. On enquiry by email, i just got a plain response with no real information. For a priority parcel this takes far too long. And nobody at the post office can actually tell me the whereabout of the item. But unfortunately, i am not surprised since this seems to be the new "normal" at the SA post office.
