International parcel missing

Parcel sent from US on 8-12-2014. Tracked parcel till SA s****s and then no record further. Besides that no one can help me I have to always phone 2-3 times holding on for 30 minutes ore more. The cost of these calls are massive on a cell phone. Today I have not even gotten through yet. I so wish that the SA postal service will implode and turn into nothing, go bankrupt, close down or whatever they must just disappear so we can all make peace with it and move on and use private companies. <br> Shame on you SA No Postal Service. Also thank you for losing my parcel and costing me a big contract now that I do not have the items I ordered and taking food out of my children's mouths. I wish I could swear on this site I will surely tell you exactly how I feel. <br>
