International Parcel lost

<p>On 26/02/2016 I post Parcel C V005 543 803 ZA at Oranjeville Post Office. According to the tracking the parcel was put in the Drop out bag at the Mailing Centre at O R Tambo. The parcel did not reach it's destinati. Every time I went to the Post Office their system is off or they said parcels take longer by ship. I send emails and they do not bother to answer. In the 19 years my daughter is in Australia I send lots of parcels and they never took longer than 3 months. The parcel was Insured</p>
