INTERNATIONAL PARCEL JEULIA RINGS FROM CHINA

Good day

Me and my wife we ordered our rings overseas, the name of the company is Jeulia rings in china and the date we ordered was the 29th of June 2022

And the expected delivery time for our parcel was on the 04 Aug 2022, till now we haven't received our parcel, when I try to track my parcel it shows that our parcel is still in KRUGERSDORP (HUB) which I really don't understand because our parcel should have been at the post office near our address which is Vereeniging post office, my wife cant stop crying because we about to postpone our big day to next year and it was suppose to happen this year December, I'm really disanointed with our post office because when I contact Jeulia ring in china, they told me the address I gave them was correct, they also don't understand why we haven't received our parcel as yet and today is day 96 since we've been waiting, I'm really lost of words, even when i tried calling them on this number it only rings non stop +***0 or ***and the e-mail address is *** /***
