International Parcel gone Missing

South African Post Office is the worst ever. I have a parcel thats been stuck at Witspos hub for the past 6 weeks now. At Witspos hub they are telling me that the parcel was sent to Kensington Post Office on the 7th of May but at Kensington they keep insisting that the parcel never came through to them. The people at Witspos Hub are not assisting at all.They keep telling me that the parcel is definitely lost and an investigation will be made and that they will sent form to me that I should fill in but the form never come through. Today I was told by one of the customer care reps at Witspos that 6 weeks is nothing, some people have been waiting for their parcels for months and I should wait. He was pretty rude over the phone. The tracking number for my parcel is CC ********** 65ES Its an international parcel thats been in transit for more than 2 months now
