International Parcel collected by the wrong person in Carletonville

Tracking number RG***CN Package has been collected to the wrong person in Carletonville whilst I am in Pretoria and the address on the parcel.I hold SAPO fully responsible for this and request that they return my parcel as per the correct addressee and I have proof that this parcel was addressed to myself .
