International Parcel being held at JIMC

I have tracked my order from China on the Global tracking site and my parcel has been there since 12 June 2015 and I've had no contact from them regarding the custom duties that are due. I have sent them emails and was kept waiting on the phone for a long time that all my airtime ran out. I want my parcel asap.
