International Parcel

Hello Peter<br> <br> I ordered a parcel from China on the 24th of Oct 2015.<br> <br> The tracking system reflects the below but it's now 4 weeks later and the parcel still sits at customs.<br> <br> 10/24/2015 8:13 PM Posting/Collection 030024 <br> 11/28/2015 6:36 PM Arrival at inward office of exchange JIMC A <br> 11/28/2015 8:20 PM Held by customs JIMC C <br> <br> I emailed the jimc customer service with the invoice 2 weeks ago but I have not received any feedback and the call centre seems to be non-existent, is Mark Barnes aware of this?<br> <br> Is it possible to go to customs directly to get my package saving SAPO the trouble?<br> <br> Awaiting SAPO's speedy response/resolution.
