No one is answering the phone at the post office contact centre and no one is responding to e-mails to the contact centre.<br> <br> I am waiting for a parcel from the US from 15 September 2015, with a US tracking number of LJ***US <br> <br> If I can find out where this package is I can arrange for own collection or courier service.
