International Packages Poor Service

<p><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;">Good day... I know this is a shot in the dark and i will most probably either not receive a response or some feeble excuse.</span><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;">I recently purchased quite a few goods online, of which most should have been delivered already. I have now phoned the Stellenbosch Branch twice and I have been told there is nothing they can do to check if packages has arrived unless I received a slip from them.</span><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;">On 10 August I received 2 of the packages. 1 was delivered to our postbox, the other we received a FINAL notice slip. The latter the post office received on 21 July, the slip I received was dated 02 Aug and I received it on 10 August... that said that is the only correspondence I received. When I phoned the post office regarding this, I was told that its not their problem that I did not get the first notification. The slips are so thin so it probably got stuck to another letter.</span><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;">The goods I ordered probably amounts to R1000. This is goods that will be sent back if I do not collect and I cannot collect if I dont get notification.</span><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;">Also, of the 2 packages I got, the smaller one that weighed 0.02g a slip was wriiten out for and the other package that is probably twice its size was delivered to my house.</span><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><br style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;" /><span style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.512px; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;">I know nothing will probably be done and this is probably one of the many unread complaints that you will have, but ja... if I did not have to use the postal service, I would definitely not, so I guess I will just kiss my money good-bye!!!</span></p>
