International packages no tracking within SA

Goodday,

I have ordered a package from Netherlands on 8 July 2017 and with tracking number provided could track it from PostNL up till it is received in South-Africa. The package was received in South-Africa on (2017-08-02 11:01 The item has arrived in the country of destination) from there and it is now 20 days , the post office just says it is on route. It seems the SAPO has no tracking capabilities.
