International packages more than 2 months now

Package. RS ********** 65NL. I have been monitoring this international package and it was received in south africa and it is going to customs like a loop. Don't the Johannesburg international mail center have any tracking ability, how long must one wait for packages? Strange thing my brother ordered exactly the same item 'n month after me and he has received his item, it seems there is no monitoring of packages, this is the worst service as per actually no service delivery.
