international package has not been processed

I ordered the a package from the US on 25 February and it was sent by USPS Plane and left the US on the 28th I have contacted USPS it was dropped at customs JHB int on the 2nd yet when I check on the tracking system it has not even been taken by customs and when I call the post office they don't know anything about it this is the 2nd package that I had to fight to get from the post office.At this rate they may as well close down so that everyone knows to only deliver via fedex!
