International package

I have an international package that has been held at customs since April. I have been in contact with my local post office in Rustenburg, they gave me about 8 different numbers to contact, all those numbers don't go through including the head office numbers. I googled some more numbers, same thing. If maybe someone can enlighten me how does this customs and it's delay work. 3-4 months delay, come on now. I sent multiple emails no response, so tell me how do I relax when there is no communication from anyone? Poor service from SA Post Office.
