International order - final Delvery by SAPO terrible

<p>I ordered some items from Hong Kong and paid quite a bit for "Singpost" to handle my shipment, unknowing that the end delivery to me would be via the South African Post office.</p> <p>The SAPO van arrives without warning while only our domestic is at our premises, and demands R 60 for the parcel delivery to which she obviously doesn’t know about, nor has the money on her. They apparently were shouting at her telling her it’s not the first complaint they have had about our address and then started phoning their offices and shouting at them. She tried explaining that she’s just doing her job - she phoned me and explained. She kindly went and arrange the R 60 and gave it to them. They left the parcel with no paperwork or invoice for the R 60 she gave them. I’m now worried because I have another shipment coming through the same delivery service and they will of course arrive again unannounced. I have left money with her this time, and I hope that someone a little more curious delivers the package. With this experience, I will NOT be placing any more orders with this supplier if the SAPO is involved.</p>
