International order

Good Day I am still waiting for an international package tracking nr EP ********** 06US this package was shipped 10/01/18 and I still didn't receive anything ons the tracking number it's shows in transit to destination since 31/01/18 when I go to the post office thy just say I have to be patient... I am staying in Carletonville and this is the first time that I have to wait so long for a parcel.
