International mailing centre useless

My package has been stuck at customs since 24 March 2022, with no feedback as to why or what the problem is. The numbers listed and given by SARS Call centre are not manned and you can phone anytime of the day, no one will answer. I have sent 27 emails to customer support at the post office, and have yet to receive a response from them
