INTERNATIONAL MAIL SERVICE SUCKS

I buy coins online and then pay for packaging and delivery , my package tracking number RU***GB arrived at the HUB on the 10th August 2019, I made at least 6 phone calls to *** to enquire about the delay, the staff are ill mannered , rude, arrogant and can not understand english, the one lady I spoke to thought Industria Post Office was Wits post office even after spelling it out phonetically to her, their service really SUCKS big time, first class?
