International mail is non-existant!

Well I did get a response from my last report a few months ago. It is now more than 3 months and my parcel LJ***US has not even been scanned, so I guess that it has been thrown away or ******. I actually did get a response from them and I exchanged a few e-mails with customer service but they told me to be patient. Hmmm...after 3 months that is really stretching anybody's patience! This is just so bad and I really do not see a solution.
