International Mail Centre

I am very disappointed, angry and frustrated by the international mail center Johannesburg. I have three packages worth over R2000 stuck at their premises without processing. Now two of the packages are untraceable. Tracing always goes smooths from shipment till it gets to their center. The customer service basically non-existent, their lines are forever busy. This is just unacceptable.
