Intentional parcel delivery

I need feedback on the progress of the delivery following international parcels: RY ********** 08CN RB ********** 57SG RT ********** 76HK Call centre keeps me on hold for hours on end. Senders confirmed all patcels arrived in RSA over 2 weeks ago! When am i getting my parcels! !
