Intenational Parcel taking tooo long to be shipped to local Post Office

My order arrived in South Africa on the 18 February 2026 and forwarded to South AFrican Post Office and has not been sent to local post office as at 25 March 2026. It is not even weighing more than 4kg. You wonder why Post Office branches are closing down. This service is horrible.
