Insensitive ******s white postman

To day I whent the parrow post office to collect a AARTO INFRENGMENT NOTICE on behalf of my mother who is not able to collect. The notice states "must be collected before Friday 19 October 2018" . Yet the mail was only delvered on the 24 October 2018 .. this is a final notice yet none other notices have arived before . At Parrow post office I respectfully asked the assistant for help and he took the form without responding to my question as to why my mail seems to be coming late . After returning from the back . He rudly told me that its not there and i should go to a other post office its not his problem . I tryd to ask for a reason or assistance but was rudly told yet agian not his problem and my mom should just go to jail!!! The name he gave was Anton wits but I asum this is a **** name . It is really disturbing that a elderly white man can still be this ******s in a new south Africa where everyone should be seen as equal... If only I had been born with his skin color perhas he would be more sensitive and helpful in assisting me.

So i guess my mom will just have to be arrested for not been able to respond to notices in the alocated time deu to the parrow post office failing on delivery
