Injustice to a fellow human beings right to live

Good afternoon, I would like to express my disgusted and utmost disturbed behavior towards the staff and post office manager of Rustenburg Post office. I got there yesterday at around 13:15 and found an old man(white) lying on the floor bleeding on the face and his head swimming in a pool of blood and no one bothered to at least attend to him and ask if he got any help or if he needs one(in this case it's not about him needing help as everyone can see he was not well). I asked what happened to him and one guy said he just fell and as a concerned fellow human being I went to a post office official to ask if they called any medical help and the lady just said she thinks so and dismissed me. I went to the old man to ask him if he got any help and what happened to him. He said he called his wife and she is on his way.

I went back to the official to ask for the first aid kit box and she said the manager said she will help me with that, I asked her if she can give me a cloth with ice so at least help stop the bleeding, she said I should ask the manager because she is the one who can help me with that. I was so furious and disgusted to say the least, people were coming in and out and no one was interested in helping the poor old man. Finally I got hold of the so called manager and asked her to give me the first aid kit box, she asked me what was I going to do with it? I told her that there's a poor old man lying in a pool of blood and he is getting weaker and weaker so I have a level 2 first aid certificate so I can help him stabilize the bleeding while we wait for the ambulance. She finally brought the box and it was disappointing to find that their first aid kit box does not even have a surgical spirits or the plaster. I used my hand wipes to wipe off the blood on his face with my bare hands before I was given the old dusty first aid kit box.

The old man told me he had an operation two weeks ago and he just felt dizzy and the next thing it was all black and he fell flat on his face, his glasses were broken, he had a cut on his forehead, upper left eye and below the left eye, I can't express my shock on how the staff turned a blind eye on someone who was clearly bleeding to death and could not show any care at all towards him. Eventually the ambulance came shortly after his wife arrived by then I had managed to stabilize the bleeding and with the help of another guy we lifted him up so he can sit on a chair, I wiped off the blood on his face and head so the paramedics took over and I wiped off the blood on the floor. I am glad the help came in on time to help the man who was clearly going to bleed to death due to ******** post officials and the manager. That kind of ignorance should be condemned, are there no safety representatives at the post office or as long as it's not a staff member we go on with our day job as if nothing is happening?

I demand that action be taken against this injustice Mr Brits experienced and I need an answer from the top officials on what can be done to avoid such incidents happening again.
