inefficient service

On the 9th January 2018, I was at Daveyton Post Office. We experience bad service whereby the was 6 service station but only one lady was the only one who was helping clients, really that worries me a lot. This is the Main Post Office which cater the whole Daveyton. After 45 minutes then another guy try to help the clients. I was dissappointed about the service
