Incredibly Bad

<p>No delivery of parcel. Staff absolutely do not care. They have shut down the collection office at OR Tambo EMS Jet Park. Security are left at the gate to deal with a stream of infuriated CLIENTS - CUSTOMERS - whose parcels are being HELD INDEFINITELY in the EMS warehouse. SA Post Office is using private security guards to chase customers away while they hold on to our parcels behind locked gates. Security advises us to go to the nearest branch and wait for delivery. The local branch advises us to go to Jet Park collection warehouse. But it's closed. Security sends us away. And. No-one. Cares. One. Bit. </p> <p>It's astonishing. </p> <p>Furious.</p>
