*********** Terrible Awful South African Postal Service

It tooks 2 weeks to have a product i bought off eBay to arrive in South Africa. The South African Postal Service makes it impossible for any person with a shipping tracking number to contact them, the do not answer their telephone, it is on permanent automated answering mode, they do not answer emails and they did which i do not believe try to deliver my package out of office hours. They stated a next day delivery will take place, which has not happened since 10 July and my tracking number is: HJ***US. My package was last scanned on 14 July this month and is now sitting idle at their Meyerton depot. I would not be surprised, if my package is damaged and or ******, this is South Africa whereby the service is non existent and SA Postal Service staff ***** your packages. Disgusting poor unreliable service, another South African run company which should not be in business
