Hi guys just a caution when making orders online. I ordered an item online back in June. The item then reached the Jhb post office late July. I am still waiting to receive my item to date even my purchase protection from the seller has expired. My item has been sitting in Jhb post office for 3 months now with no sign of collecting it anytime soon. Every time i call the costumer care centre they say the same thing " it's in Jhb and they have a huge backlog of items since May". So my worry is when will people receive their items and is the post office making any attempt to rectify this backlog. Also the costumer care centre isn't of much help because they can't assist any feature than telling you they have a backlog. This also makes me feel like never using the post office services again. I would rather use a carrier company and be safe.
