SA Post office continues its incompetence

Let us commend the staff at the Fordsburg post office for their incompetence! I am extremely unhappy at the bad service. After paying over R200 for the overnight door to door courier service, the recipient still had to collect the parcel at the post office 7 days later? Only to be told that it is the fault of the Fordsburg post office who marked the box incorrectly!?? I demand a refund as this is the post office just taking money for a service not rendered. This is ridiculous. How difficult is it to tick a box yet it is easy to take the customer’s money?
